Serendipity – that’s how I became a glass artist. It doesn’t matter why I took my first glass class, only that I did. I’d worked for many years as a graphic artist but the digital environment that made my job easier also made it too sterile for my taste. Glass has energy and personality, and is the “hands on” medium I missed. Each project presents it’s own challenges and rewards as it evolves from concept to completion. My style is organic and I make use of objects that catch my eye and occupy the world around me.
